_{The Club's bi-monthly theme has nothing to do with the contest. It's an optional point of inspiration and fun meant to join the community together in crafting}

Rules
The contests's theme is FAST FOOD/JUNK FOOD.
It's up to you how you interpret the theme.
One entry per person. Only members may enter the contest. Entries must be new starting today.
Your entry must be handmade. Your entry will be disqualified if we (the judges panel) determine that it isn't.
Your entry must keep with the club's theme of "cute crafts" as well as the contest's theme.
Drawings/illustrations/paintings/ect aren't accepted, sorry (obviously).

Deadline
The deadline is 12:00 AM EDT (UTC -4), SEPTEMBER 17TH.
All entries must be in at this point. If there's a problem, we'll discuss it, depending on the amount of late entries (hopefully none, as the real contest end is september 16th).

How to Enter
Create your craft .Photograph your craft as you normally would. Submit your craft to your gallery, as you normally would.
NOTE *Cute-Craft with "CONTEST ENTRY" in the subject line and a link to your craft. Entries will be displayed in a special journal entry for the duration of the contest and will be the reference point for the judging.

Judging
First, Second, and Third places will be determined by the judges panel. The panel has already been determined and those on the panel are not eligible to enter the contest.

The People's Choice prize will be determined by votes coming in from members, watchers, and others VIA NOTE once the voting time has been announced. This period of people's voting will last one week and is highly competetive. It's the last part of the contest and once all the votes are tallied, the prizes will be announced and awarded.

Prizes
First Place: 3 months sub, a custom pouch made by *tedsie (visit gallery for examples), and a custom necklace ([link]).
A journal feature from *Dreamypunk. A manipulation from *Dreamypunk. A mobile strap by *starprints such as [link] of one of the characters here: [link]

Second Place: 1 months sub, a necklace ([link]) mobile strap (check out *tedsie for examples). A manipulation from *Dreamypunk.

Third Place: 1 months sub, a necklace ([link]) OR a mobile strap (check out *tedsie for examples). A manipulation from *Dreamypunk.

People's Choice: A 3-month subscription donated by *BabyLondonStar. A necklace ([link]) OR a mobile strap (check out *tedsie for examples). A manipulation from *Dreamypunk. A charm from/by *starprints such as [link] of one of these charcters: [link]

Prizes are awarded (and shipped) free of charge to the winners. SO, make this contest GOOD!

Other expressed interest in offereing prizes, but no one committed to it. If you wish to add to these, send a NOTE with the prize you're committing to donate. The prize may be a craft, a service of some sort, a drawing/graphic, subscriptions, gift certificates, ect. It's your choice if you'd like to do that or not. Regardless of any prizes donated, the ones already listed as set in stone as the prizes offered for the contest. If you commit to donating a prize but fail to do so once the contest ends and prizes are awarded, you'll be banned from the club (for dissappointing over 60 people...and lying to us all).

Craft Time

What sort of crafts do you make? i like to mess with everything! clay, paper, paper mache, plastic, jewelry

How long have you been crafting for? since i was very young i always got my mommy to buy me craft books.. i probably have a million of those, esp the ones where you cut out stuff. i made puppets, masks, keychain, glass stains, dolls, and even nickelodeon slime!

What kind of work do you not do, but wish you could (or want to in the future)? i want to come up with more original characters and make comics and then make plushies and charms out of them as well. i have one character in the making.. he's almost done, just putting some finishing touches! all he needs now are some friends! >.<

What is your favourite cute craft-related website? hmm.. i just found craftzine.com and craftster.org.. so one of those two. the people on there are amazing!

Do you have a shop or sell your work? i just made an etsy.. nothing there yet but things coming soon! [link]

What is/was your favourite child's craft project? hmm.. would have to be helping my dad make a lion head for vietnamese new years from scratch.. it looked something like [link]

Please watch the club and put the club icon in your journal.

Who Should Join
We love ALL watchers, but in order to join, you MUST make cute crafts! If you don't, then you may just watch the club and contribute with love. ^_^ But members are contributors.

How to Submit
Each member is allowed to submit two deviations per week. This does not mean you can submit 8 at once for the month, though. Nor does this mean you have to submit 2 per week. You can submit one per month. It's fine.
